The Cat In the Hat - Suit and Bowtie

Bought both pants and shirt from Goodwill for about $4.50. Cut out oval from baby blanket and used liquid stitch to apply it to the shirt. Next was the bowtie. I used one of those squares of felt and folded it almost like a letter. Fold accordion style and hot glue. I also tied with elastic thread. Then used a strip of felt to glue over the middle.
